The challenge

Financial content often involves difficult concepts for children, such as saving, spending, financial fraud, information security, and money management. Therefore, the book series required an illustration system capable of transforming financial knowledge into easy-to-understand stories, helping children feel a sense of relatability and interest while reading, and ensuring an educational yet fun and accessible tone.

Mytoon’s Solutions

Mytoon proposed and developed an illustration style suitable for the target age group of the book series, ensuring it is educational, friendly, and easily recognizable. The backgrounds feature familiar life settings such as families, schools, shops, and banks.
The designed illustration system includes:
– The main character set (children, family, friends, teachers, etc.).
– Situations regarding financial safety.
– Icons and illustrations explaining concepts.

Handover & Printing

The illustrations were handed over according to the publisher’s printing standards, ensuring quality when the book is printed.

This project is one of the collaborative activities between Mytoon and Kim Dong Publishing House in the field of producing illustrations for children’s books, skill books, and educational books, where imagery plays a crucial role in helping children approach knowledge in a more natural and vivid way.
